Casa Nova House provides an exceptional historic setting for weddings, celebrations of life, conferences, and special gatherings of every kind. With its serene surroundings, contemporary amenities, and genuine, personalised service, our venue ensures every occasion feels truly unforgettable.

Below is our standard rate guide. All prices include GST and are subject to confirmation.

Weekends (Thu–Sat, until 12pm): $9,500

Midweek (Sun–Wed, until 10:30pm): $7,900

Weekends (Thu–Sat, until 12pm): $7,500
Midweek (Sun–Wed, until 10:30pm): $6,000

Weekends (Thu–Sat, until 12pm): $9,900

Midweek (Sun–Wed, until 10:30pm): $8,200

Weekends (Thu–Sat, until 4:30pm): $380 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
Midweek (Sun–Wed, until 4:30pm): $330 per hour (minimum 3 hours)

Weekends (Thu–Sat, until 4:30pm): $320 per hour (minimum 3 hours)

Midweek (Sun–Wed, until 4:30pm): $270 per hour (minimum 3 hours)

Cleaning Fee (all bookings): $220
Refundable Bond (all bookings): $500

Food & Beverage: Priced per individual event

Inclusions:
Our venue hire includes use of the following:

• PA system.
• Tables, linen, and chairs.
• Outdoor ceremony seating.
• The Burns Sitting Room for the bride and bridal party to prepare and relax before the ceremony.
• Exclusive use of the Champion Dining Room and the grounds on your wedding day.

Catering:
All food and beverages must be provided by Casa Nova House. We cater for weddings of up to 50 guests. Menu and beverage packages can be tailored to your preferences.

Accommodation:
Rates include three luxurious guest rooms for the night of your wedding, with breakfast for in-house guests the following morning.
Check-out is at 10:30am.

Booking & Payment Terms:

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event date.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 90 days of the event incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 40 days of the event incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Additional Information:

• Prices may vary depending on guest numbers, specific requirements, and seasonal demand.
• A valid credit card is required to cover incidental and or beverage charges.
• Additional fees may apply for extended venue access, catering upgrades, or specialised setups.
